year of standard tech support through a dedicated toll free number at no additional
charge. Please refer to your service agreement for
further information regarding terms of service and
any fees which may apply for further support.

All electronic devices installed by
and purchased from Integrated Security Solutions within
the State of Indiana include one
year of phone technical support through a dedicated toll free number that is
provided at the time of installation. In addition to
this, these installations carry a 3
month on-site technical support policy with no
additional charges or fees for
repair or training except for cases where neglect,
abuse, or acts of God are found to be responsible for
actual damage to equipment, in which case replacement
labor will be zero, but charges will be incurred for
parts.
Our standard tech support lines have
a maximum turn around time of two business days, though
we usually respond with no delay on phone support calls
and within one day
on on-site issues. After the first
3 months, Integrated Security Solutions reserves the
right to charge its current rates for service calls
including trip fees and remote management charges,
our equipment carries a minimum of one year manufacturers
warranty against defect which we will honor. We
will never charge you just for calling and asking a
simple question, unless you call us more than 5 times with
the same question. We do not ever maintain a record
of our customers passwords or user names. If you lose
your password, minimum charges will incur if its been
more than 3 months since your system was installed
in order to reset the system remotely.
On a yearly basis, renewable at customers
option we provide annual inspection of the system along
with any updates in software and general maintenance.
All service calls which are not deemed to be caused
by acts of abuse, neglect or God will carry a maximum
charge of $10 for all parts AND labor. Please refer
to servie agreement for specific coverages and limitations.
